Refund Policy for Oath Performance

Oath Performance LLC ("Oath," "we," "us," or "our") strives to deliver exceptional value in every program, consultation, and product.

 

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.oathperformance.com, our mobile apps, or any authorized Oath channel. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

  • One-Time Purchases – NON-REFUNDABLE

    • All one-time purchases are final and non-refundable upon completion of the transaction.

    • This includes digital products (e-books, workout PDFs, meal-plan bundles, video downloads).

    • This includes single coaching sessions or consultation packages.

    • This includes workshops, webinars, or live events (virtual or in-person).

    • This includes merchandise (apparel, equipment, supplements).

    • This includes gift cards or vouchers.

  • Exceptions for One-Time Purchases (limited)

    • Defective or inaccessible digital product: Replacement or fix within 48 hours; if impossible, full refund.

    • Accidental duplicate charge: Immediate refund of the duplicate amount.

    • EU/UK/AU consumer cooling-off rights: 14-day refund for unaccessed digital content (contact within 14 days of purchase).

  • Subscription Plans – Monthly Subscriptions

    • Cancellation: Cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice to billing@oathperformance.com.

    • Access: You retain full access until the end of the current billing cycle.

    • Refund: No prorated or partial refunds for the final month.

  • Subscription Plans – Multi-Month Bundles or Promotional Commitments

    • Plans with discounted rates tied to a minimum term (e.g., 3-, 6-, or 12-month commitments) are non-cancellable and non-refundable during the commitment period.

    • Early termination fee: 50% of the remaining balance, payable immediately.

    • After the commitment ends, the plan auto-renews monthly and follows standard monthly cancellation rules.

  • Subscription Plans – Annual Plans

    • Paid Upfront: Non-refundable after 14 days from purchase.

    • Paid Monthly (with annual commitment): Treated as a multi-month bundle (see above).

  • Special Exceptions (Case-by-Case)

    • Service never delivered (e.g., coach no-show for all scheduled sessions): Full refund if not resolved within 60 days.

    • Verified medical hardship (physician documentation required): Pro-rated refund or account pause/credit.

    • Death or permanent disability (proof required): Immediate pro-rated refund for unused portion.

    • All exceptions require written request to support@oathperformance.com with supporting documents.

    • Decisions are final.

  • Processing Refunds

    • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

    • Fees: Any bank, currency-conversion, or third-party fees are non-refundable.

    • Credits: At our discretion, we may issue store credit instead of cash.

  • No-Show & Rescheduling Policy (Consultations)

    • Missed session without 24-hour notice: Session is forfeited; no refund or reschedule.

    • One courtesy reschedule allowed per paid session with ≥24-hour notice.

    • Coach cancellations: Full make-up session or pro-rated credit.

  • Chargebacks & Disputes

    • Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account termination and loss of access.

    • We will defend valid charges with transaction records.

  • Changes to This Policy

    • We may update this Refund Policy at any time.

    • Material changes will be posted on the Site with a new "Effective Date."

    • Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers 30 days in advance.

    • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
